T.O.P Cosmetic & Manufacture employs over 250 skilled personnel to produce over 500 different items in the Manufacturing Operation. The manufacturing facility includes a wide variety of equipments from the USA, Europe and Japan.
The manufacturing section for cosmetic production comprises Closed vacuum mixing tanks for products such as cream, lotion, foam and gel. Open mixing tanks for products such as shampoo, lotions and liquid soaps. High frequency fully automated filling machines for tube package products.
Semi automated filling machine for tube package products, bottle package products and jar package products.
Sachet filling machine, Shrink tunnel machines, Ink jet machines and Blister machines, etc.

To solidify our customer as well as the shareholder confidence, T.O.P can obtain Good Manufacturing Practice ( GMP ) and ISO 9001 : 2000 ( TUV ) certification in due course. Therefore, customer will ensure that the products and services provided by T.O.P will meet the international standard for cosmetic, toiletry and household production.

Some customers require their own materials and formulation to be used throughout in the manufacturing process while others require the complete development of a cosmetic, skincare or hair care formulation using our materials.
T.O.P. works from the brief of the customer to develop a new formulation within the extensive research facilities of the T.O.P. Group or select from a vastbank of "Stock" formulations owned by the Company.

T.O.P. Cosmetic & Manufacture prides itself in the production of high quality products conforming to both the strict requirements of USP, BP, JSP and quality control of all incoming materials. Alternatively. T.O.P. can accommodate the Q.C. requirements and standards of the customer.over 10 dedicated Q.C. officers uphold the high standards of T.O.P. and inspect all incoming materials as well as line inspection of work in process and finished consignments. Microbiology testing and environmental testing is performed at each manufacturing procedure.

T.O.P. Cosmetic & Manufacture has over 4,500 square meter of warehousing facilities for raw materials , packaging and finished goods. T.O.P. Cosmetic & Manufacture ship to all parts of the world and have an able shipping group to meet the specific shipping requirements of each customer , whether it be local transportation, sea freight or air freight

Our products and services should be of such quality and supplied in such a way with such instructions for use that the health and safety of the customer is not jeopardized. Trading and advertisements should present a fair view of the goods and services being offered and should not include any matter which could mislead or deceive.

In procurement goods and services the relationships with suppliers should be such that each party preserves independence of action before entering into contractual obligations. Extortion in any form and awards to individual is prohibitted.
- Employees
