The Development unit of T.O.P. Cosmetic & Manufacture offers a wide range of services and activities including

• The testing of product stability
• Packaging development

In addition to internal research facilities T.O.P. Company have access to internationally recognized laboratories for development assistance particularly for allergy testing, SPF testing and materials analysis.

T.O.P. are often required to assist in the development of primary packaging materials. This may include tubes for cleansers or bottles for skincare preparations.As a result the Company has its own packaging development group and extensive contacts with Japanese, European and asian suppliers of packaging materials for both stock and purpose designed moulds.

T.O.P. can assist with secondary packaging requirements for the customer including shrink-wrap designs, blister packaging, box development,encapsulation and vacuum molding.

T.O.P. Cosmetic & Manufacture have extensive experience in dealing with the various regulatory requirements of Health Authorities in the Pacific Asia Region and can assist customers with their applications for product registration.This can include the preparation of free sale certificates, formula and manufacturing cerificates and analytical data as required.
